Do you work on ebikes?
Yes, BE Cycles services ebikes unless there is damage to an electrical component that may require replacement. Check with the manufacturer about electrical replacements parts.
My ebike motor is not working and the motor cable is damaged, can you fix it?
BE Cycles can not repair a damaged electronic component, but if you have the replacement part, BE Cycles can replace it for you. Please check with the manufacturer about electronic replacement parts.
My ebike turns on, but the motor does not run.
If the ebike is operating normal, but the motor does not run, your bike may have a bad controller or display. You will need to purchase the replacement part from the manufacturer. BE Cycles can install the part after it arrives.
What kind of bikes do you work on?
BE Cycles services every type of bicycle, adult trike, ebike, and emoto. Unfortunately, we do not work on scooters.
What is your service area?
BE Cycles serves most of metro Atlanta. Service is free within a certain area. A travel fee maybe added depending on location. See our service area for more details.
How much does it cost?
BE Cycles has a $100 minimum.
Where are you located, can I visit the shop?
BE Cycles is a mobile repair shop and does not have a storefront.
Do you offer on-site service or pickup?
BE Cycles is a mobile shop. However, we may take your bike with us if more extensive repairs are needed.
What parts do you use?
BE Cycles use everyday name brand bicycle parts.
Will you assemble my new bike?
BE Cycles can assemble your bike or bikes wherever they are shipped. If your new bike arrives in a box, give BE Cycles a call.
