Subscriptions cover all labor and travel. Parts are quoted and approved before any work begins — no surprises.
Outside Service Area
A flat $15 travel fee applies for subscribers outside the free service zone — regardless of distance.

Terms & Conditions
Tune-Up Services
All tune-ups included in Care Plans are equivalent to BE Cycles’ standard Basic Tune-Up service. Additional services, upgrades, or repairs beyond the scope of a basic tune-up are available at member rates and will be quoted and approved before any work begins.
Parts & Materials
All parts, tubes, tires, cables, and consumables are billed separately at time of service. Subscription fees cover labor and travel only. No parts are installed without prior customer approval.
Priority Scheduling
Subscribers receive priority access to available appointment slots. Priority scheduling means subscriber requests are filled before new one-off customers — it does not guarantee same-day or next-day availability. During periods of high demand, wait times may still apply. BE Cycles will make every reasonable effort to accommodate subscribers within 3–5 business days of a scheduling request.
Travel Fee
Subscribers located within BE Cycles’ free service zone pay no travel fee. Subscribers outside the free service zone are charged a flat $15 travel fee per visit, regardless of distance.
Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused tune-ups and services do not roll over and have no cash value.
Fair Use
Standard plans include up to 4 service visits per year. Premium plans include up to 12 service visits per year. Additional visits beyond plan limits are available at a discounted member rate.
Plan Changes
BE Cycles reserves the right to adjust plan pricing and terms at anytime.
